Uptime Robot

A continuous ping to your website won’t inform you when it goes down if you are away from your computer. To know my blog is up all time, I use Uptime Robot to keep me informed when my blog is down so I can re-mediate it ASAP.

Uptime Robot is a FREE service created by Umut Muhaddisoglu, WebResourcesDepot and Daniel Rimille, SSLmatic to monitor your websites every 5 minutes and alerts you if they goes down via email, SMS and Twitter. The interface is fully Ajaxed, easy to setup and fast. You can have up to 50 websites to monitor for a single account. Also, Uptime Robot is made possible to monitor either HTTP or HTTPS web address.

Blog Upgraded to WordPress 3.0.1

After 15 days of WordPress 3.0.1 released, I had made up my decision to upgrade my blog from WordPress 2.9.2 to 3.0.1 version. However, please backup all your current WordPress files and database before upgrade. This time of upgrade, I didn’t perform a manual upgrade. Instead, I use the automatic upgrade feature in WordPress. So, have you upgrade?

Believe it or not…!!!

Fact 1.
Brazil won the World Cup in 1994.
Before that they had also won it in 1970.
Add these two years and you get 3964 (1994+1970 = 3964).

Fact 2.
Argentina won its last World Cup in 1986.
Before that they had also won it in 1978.
Add these two years and you get 3964 (1986+1978 = 3964).

Fact 3.
Germany won its last World Cup in 1990.
Before that they had also won it in 1974.
Add these two years and you get 3964 (1990+1974 = 3964).

Fact 4.
Brazil also won its World Cup in 2002.
Before that they had also won it in 1962.
Add these two years and you get 3964 (2002+1962 = 3964).
Conclusion = This year is 2010 & 3964 – 2010 = 1954.

So, the country that won in 1954 will win this world cup (2010+1954 = 3964).
The country that won in 1954 was Germany.

Hence,
By this logic of numerology,
This World Cup will go to Germany.
Let us wait & see if this logic turns true….. :-)
