You can add local storage in Citrix XenServer 5.0.0 using the following command below: -
xe sr-create content-type=user host-uuid=[press TAB] type=lvm device-config-device=/dev/[your hard disk partition] name-label="Local storage"
Next, you can run the following command below: -
xe sr-list type=lvm
