All New Maybank2u First Hiccup After Terminated Classic Maybank2u

After over 20 days of using the All New Maybank2u, today I am facing system busy message displayed every time I am trying to perform a transaction since 10:00am. In fact, I am not surprised on this issue. Well, all my previous experience on the first day of using the All New Maybank2u still haunting me on using it and I told myself to be patient on today’s issue with it. I also told myself not to bother to call them to report it because it is wasting my time.

Finally, at 11:48am I managed to make a one-off payment but the issue didn’t stop until I am trying to make the another transaction using 3rd Party Account Transfer. Thankfully, the transaction successufully went thru at 12:02pm and this allow me to go for lunch. So, are you facing the same issue as I am and there is no updates from all-you M2U blog?

    Hmm… I did not face any problem with M2U lately. Maybe I am just lucky to use it at the right time. ;)
