PhotoScape has been my all time favorite fun, easy and simple to use photo editing software enables me to enhance and fix my blog’s photos. And now, the release of version 3.3 is out now on January 5, 2009.

Indeed, PhotoScape is a free-of-charge software and works with Microsoft Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP or Vista.
