At last, the Sony P Series has unveiled at CES 2009, a new competitor to the netbook world. The new 1.4-pound Sony P Series debut the world’s lightest netbook enables you to go light for email, instant messaging and web browsing with its 8-inches LED backlit 1600 x 768 “ultra wide” display screen developed using XBRITE-ECO™ LCD technology. The Sony P Series is an eye-opener to all users with its fashionable and flashy five colors offered such as onyx black, garnet red, emerald green and crystal white.

Finding a location in real-time will be in your fingertips with the built-in GPS technology into the Sony P Series and no Internet connection is required. With the standard battery features up to four hours of battery life, this enables you to travel around for web surfing using the built-in wireles WAN or 802.11n wifi. However, you have an option to enjoy up to eight hours of power using a large capacity battery. With an additional optional Bluetooth mouse, you can click wirelessly for precise navigation plus the innovation keyboard buttons spacing engineered to help reduce typing mistake.

Accessing your favorite music, video, photos and web pages is easy now using the Sony’s Xross Media Bar™ interface. Go anywhere video chatting with family, friends and colleagues using the built-in MOTION EYE® webcam and microphone. The Sony P Series is equipped with Intel 1.33GHz processor, 2GB DDR2 SDRAM, 60GB HDD and genuine Windows Vista operating system with a starting price for about $900.     Sony products is nice to see. Nice to hold. But not nice to buy. Why? It will burn your pocket a hole. Too expensive la. :P
