The following lighttpd Directives server.tag in lighttpd.conf use to setup lighttpd name and version number (default is commented). This will return a set of string by lighttpd. Below is the default configuration: -
## send a different Server: header
## be nice and keep it at lighttpd
# server.tag = "lighttpd"
In fact, for a basic security I would like to advise you to change the lighttpd Directives server.tag to something that looks more different. Just uncomment the server.tag line and change “lighttpd” to whatever you want for example “gws“.
## send a different Server: header
## be nice and keep it at lighttpd
server.tag = "gws"
After you choose the server.tag name, you can just simply save the lighttpd.conf configuration file and restart your lighttpd service. Not so hard right? To verify it, I would like to advise you to use Mozilla Firefox with Server Spy extension and this will give you what brand of HTTPd server you are visiting to. Of course, you will be asking how can it be done in Apache. Well, I will be covering it in my next blog post. Please stay tuned.

Do you flickr? Yes, I do. Been using flickr for few months and I had reached the limit of 200 images I uploaded to my flickr’s free account. Indeed, I had blog about the limitation of the free flickr account and I have plan on upgrading my free flickr account to pro flickr account.
Nevertheless, I had successfully upgraded to pro flickr account for 1 year subscription by using the flickr gift code purchased from a PhotoMalaysia thread created by a member. It cost me RM 50 for a year of subscription. Yes, it is cheaper than $ 24.95 from flickr.
Unfortunately, the flickr gift code sold like hot cake and its all sold out now. Please stay tuned at PhotoMalaysia if you ever wanna grab an affordable pro flickr account. Again, thanks to yuck2kiss.

Indeed, I am very surprised to see a message show that effective 1st February 2009 the classic version of Maybank2u (aka M2U) will no longer an option for all the members to use. We have to use the new M2U from 1st February 2009 onwards and hopefully it will not upset me on 1st February 2009 like how I experienced it on my previous posted regarding the all new M2U. Lastly, I can only pray that the all new M2U won’t let me down again, hahahaha…
