Google Chrome, the open source and free web browser developed by Google was released on September 2, 2008. Since the day one of the release, it has been widely accepted by huge numbers of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and even Opera users. Well, glad to say that I am poisoned and now addicted to Google Chrome. I remembered that the first time I installed Google Chrome, I need to download a small 474KB setup file ChromeSetup.exe from Google Chrome official website. Then, this setup file will download the required 7 to 8MB file to finish the installation.

In a nutshell, this is very annoying to me because I have to perform 2 steps to actually try the look and feel of Google Chrome. Without wasting time on this, I googled around and found there is solution to it; Google Chrome offline installer. You can download the latest beta build 0.2.149.30 released on September 18, 2008 or the latest development build 0.3.154.3 released on October 15, 2008.
