mRemote Multi-tab Remote Connections Manager

I can’t wait to share this cool tool, a multi-tab remote connections manager, mRemote. In fact, mRemote has the ability to store all the remote connections in a simple yet powerful interface. mRemote is FREE (released under the GPL) and only available in 32-bit of Windows XP and Vista. The current stable version is 1.48 and downloads are provided in four packages, the setup package, binary package, portable package and the source package.
Nevertheless, mRemote is a full-featured, open source and a multi-tab remote connections manager that currently support these protocols below: -
* RDP (Remote Desktop)
* VNC (Virtual Network Computing)
* ICA (Independent Computing Architecture)
* SSH (Secure Shell)
* Telnet (TELecommunication NETwork)
* HTTP/S (Hypertext Transfer Protocol)
* Rlogin (Rlogin)
* RAW
With the above supported protocols, I can say that mRemote is a good replacement to visionapp Remote Desktop (aka vRD) which both the mRemote and vRD can handle RDP connections. I highly recommend mRemote as your daily tool if you have to administer multiple servers be it Linux or Windows platform daily like me. You can read more features here on mRemote. To run mRemote, the prerequisites are below: -
* Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
* Microsoft Terminal Services Client 6.0 (Needed if you use RDP. mstscax.dll and/or msrdp.ocx must be registered.)
* PuTTY (Needed if you use Telnet, SSH, Rlogin or RAW. Included in all packages.)
* Citrix ICA Client (Needed if you use ICA. wfica.ocx must be registered.)
