Dell Launched Feature Rich Vostro 2510

Dell has launched a new feature rich 15.4 inch widescreen display Vostro 2510 on Thursday July 31, 2008 which offers an eye catching red gloss cover and also the first Vostro product to offer an optional slot load Blu-ray with write capability. With the introduction starting price of $899, it is equiped with an Intel Core 2 Duo T5670 (1.8GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB), a Genuine Windows Vista Business with SP1, 2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz, 160GB 5400RPM SATA hard drive and a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS graphic card.
However, I did noticed that Vostro 2510 doesn’t have the Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphic card as compare to previous Vostro model. Other optional features like integrated fingerprint readers and Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 1.2 are continued as well as integrated webcam is a standard. You have the option to push up the specs with Dell’s online customization tool. Visit Dell website for additional product information.

I wish I would have waited to get my laptop. I was looking at the vostro, but they were much cheaper and didn’t have many options. They did a good job with updating them and they seem like quality laptops.
