Cheaper Apple iPhone 3G for Everyone

Steve Jobs has unveiled the price and features of the new Apple iPhone 3G. This is the second generation of Apple iPhone prior to the first Apple iPhone which only support a slower 2G network. The low starting price of 199 USD for the 8GB version which surprised me compare to its predecessor. Converting to Malaysia Ringgits, it is 650.567 MYR (1 USD = 3.26918 MYR). While the 16GB version is selling at 299 USD. The price is incredible cheap and attractive.

The new Apple iPhone 3G will be launched on 11 July 2008 in 22 countries and going to 70 countries by end of the year. You can check out the countries listing here. However, I wonder when the Apple iPhone 3G available in Malaysia.

The Apple iPhone 3G redefines the first generation iPhone with new features like 3G network support, GPS mapping, enterprise email like Microsoft Exchange and the new App Store.     it is really $199, then i going to prepare for this… need to readjust my budget of the month
