A Trip to Cameron Highlands with My In-Laws
Last two weeks, I went to Cameron Highlands with my wife, my daughter and my in-laws. We left KL at 7:00 am. We need to stop by Bidor to fetch my parent in-laws and use the old trunk road from Bidor to Tapah and head to Cameron Highlands. This is my first time driving up to Cameron Highlands. The road is winding. The driving experience to Cameron Highlands was great and we reached Cameron Highlands at 10:30 am.
Above is the first groupie shot…after we checked into the apartment. This is the first stop, I can’t remember what is the name of this tea farm, 
Then, we go to a orchid shop opposite the tea farm. My daughter is very excited when she see flowers.
Next, we drop by some stalls at road side next to the rose valley garden.
The next interesting thing, we head to BOH tea farm and this scares me. The road to BOH tea farm is scary because the road size only can fit one car for both ways but some part of the road allows two cars. Unfortunately, my car’s bumper got scratch by a white Honda Civic.
We walked few hundred meters up the hill to reach the BOH Tea Centre.

Next morning, while on the way back to Bidor, we stop by a strawberry park.
Took some vegetables and strawberries photos, its refreshing…
A short stop at some shops in strawberry park. We ate strawberry ice cream, yummy…

Nice photo and its really a nice trip to cameron highland, you use the simpang pulai road or tapah road? I prefer to use simpang pulai road as its more wider and not so winding.

Used the old road when going up and used the Simpang Pulai when coming down.

Hey, how is the road going to BOH tea garden? izzit better now? I got my car scratched the very last time i went there.
I had been almost 3yrs not been there… planning to have a trip up… but… got to know how is the road condition for all the sightseeing places. as well as carpark

Jax, the road to BOH tea garden is still narrow and small but the road condition is much better with tar now.
wing loon, I used to simpang pulai road as we go to ipoh for dim sum first then only go to cameron.

Jax, this is my first time to BOH tea centre. I advise not to drive your RX8. The road surface to BOH tea centre is good but it is narrow. Lots of car park in BOH tea farm.
