Did you notice that Google has a new favicon? Google has replaced the upper-case blue “G” in a blue, green and red borders with a lower-case purple “g” in a white backgrond. The new Google favicon is located here in 16×16 pixels ICON format.
The first time when I saw it, I can’t believe my eyes. I thought something wrong with my browser caching mechanism. But after googling around, I found that it is a real thing that Google has changed their favicon. Some people said that the new favicon looks similar to Ghostscript logo. Personally, I still prefer the old favicon. What do you think?

I received an invitation email from txtbuddies inviting me to register as a member. I quickly register myself as a member. Within a minute, I am now a member of txtbuddies and I can now send free SMS to any members within Australia and Malaysia. Currently, txtbuddies is in the beta test mode and these two countries are ad sponsored region. So, how about the destination SMS without ad sponsored? Can we send? Yes, you can by purchasing credits online in txtbuddies using PayPal and major credit cards. Hopefully after the beta test mode, more regions will be part of the ad sponsored region.

WordPress is turning 5 years old today as of May 27, 2008. The first version of WordPress 0.7 is announced on May 27, 2003. Congratulations to Matt Mullenweg and Automattic. They are throwing a birthday party in San Francisco, California at 111 Minna, starting from 9:00pm (PDT) to 2:00am (PDT).
Unfortunately, I can’t attend this birthday party because I lived far away from San Francisco. I do hope you guys enjoy the birthday party and I am proud to have my blog powered by WordPress. Have fun and Happy Birthday to WordPress.
