I don’t think this monster energy saver will be effective to cut your electrical bill.
Yes, it will provide some energy saving for those home appliances that drive by heavy duty electric motor such as air con compressor or freezer.
However it only help for the initial few second when the motor activated and the function loss when the motor turn into constant speed.
This stuff will not work for heating element like water heater and lamb
(Correct me if I am wrong).

I agree with the previous commentor. I don’t know how effective this actually would be. I will have to read up on it more, but the sure way to cut your energy costs is to just cut back on using so much energy throughout your house.

Yes, a lot of people are trying hard to cut down on electricity bill as for me i power off all the appliances that are not using and DO NOT leave the appliances in standby mode as it still consume electricity.
I have stop downloading movie at home as last time i used to on my PC for 24×7 and it really such a waste.
