If you have the means always go with Dedicated server but if you need a good managed vps go with Server Intellect. My first VPS was with them and after 9 months I upgraded to a full server. They will support you and make sure the other vps clients cant hog the host machine. If few people shared a server, will it affect if one of the user restart the server?
