WordPress 2.5

WordPress 2.5 has been released on 29 March 2008. This release took 6 months of great work. The new features includes cleaner, faster and less cluttered dashboard, new dashboard widgets, multi-file upload with progress bar, EXIF extraction, search posts and pages, tag management, password strength meter, concurrent editing protection, few-click plugin upgrades, friendlier visual post editor and built-in galleries.

Wing Loon Dot Com is now running on WordPress 2.5 and the upgrade from 2.3.3 to 2.5 is very smooth. I upgraded all my plugins too and they are working great with it. Download yours now and proceed with the upgrades. But remember to backup your database and current WordPress files. I also do noticed that WordPress Dot Org website has been revamp.
